Exchange and returns are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products displayed in our store.

All products displayed in our store are eligible for exchange and return according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

A product can be returned or exchanged if it is in the same original condition as when purchased and is packaged in its original packaging.

Exchange or return requests are approved within 3 business days.

If the exchange or return request is approved, the courier will reach the customer within 3–5 business days.

Please photograph the product and send it while specifying the city, address, and order number so that it can be exchanged for another product if the product is damaged, has a specific defect, or does not work as agreed.

The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.

We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products by the customer that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.
